KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Designs and develops training content for online, blended, and microlearning formats using LMS platforms and authoring tools • Creates and maintains training resources such as quick guides, videos, and job aids • Facilitates webinars, workshops, and coaching sessions for faculty, staff, and students • Collaborates with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and objectives • Ensures accessibility and compliance in all learning materials • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for training-related issues • Assists in evaluating training effectiveness and recommend improvements. SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal, initiative, collaboration, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, facilitation, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management, and presentation skills Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite) Strong attention to detail and follow up skills Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette.
