Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy, PT license, state licensure, 2 years of physical therapy experience, completion of postgraduate instruction in pelvic health from Herman and Wallace and/or the American Physical Therapy Association, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, First Aid certification preferred, primary source online verification required. Perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual needs, develop comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care following physician referrals, accurately document treatments, and respond effectively to changing work assignments.
