The successful candidate will help translate that experience into practical, high-impact resources for clients, including documentation, example configurations, online learning content, videos, and other tools that help institutions succeed with Slate. In addition to resource creation, this role will contribute to client support and success, provide guidance to institutions adopting and expanding Slate for Advancement, and support broader strategic initiatives related to the continued growth of the advancement vertical.
