Reporting directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Dean for Academic Affairs ensures the delivery of high-quality instruction, continuous program improvement, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, student success, fiscal stewardship, workforce responsiveness, and alignment with institutional goals. The Dean for Academic Affairs promotes a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, data-informed decision-making, and student-centered learning while serving as the primary advocate for departmental programs among internal and external stakeholders.
