Be part of a supportive, close-knit school environment.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities and Duties ● Serve as a spiritual and instructional leader, fostering a strong Catholic identity throughout the school. ● Ensure that Catholic teachings, traditions, and values are fully integrated into all aspects of school life. ● Oversee academic excellence through curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and student achievement. ● Collaborate with the pastor, faculty, and parents to nurture a vibrant academic and faith-based community. ● Provide visionary leadership in school operations, finances, and enrollment management. ● Model and promote Catholic moral and ethical values, inspiring students to grow in their faith and relationship with Christ.Qualifications ● Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, demonstrating a strong personal commitment to Catholic education and values. ● Master’s degree in Educational Administration, with a current license or an approved study plan in progress. ● Wisconsin Administrator License (51) required. ● Minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in a Catholic school setting. ● Previous administrative experience preferred, with a proven ability to lead faculty, staff, and students effectively. ● Dedication to academic excellence and faith formation, fostering both intellectual and spiritual growth in students. ● Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships within the school and parish community.How to Apply To apply, please send: a cover letter and resume, the Archdiocese Application for Teacher and Principals, and at least three professional references to: frmagnor@htschool.net We look forward to hearing from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
