To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a master's degree in higher education, educational leadership, public administration, assessment, organizational development, institutional effectiveness, or a related field; a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in assessment, accreditation, institutional effectiveness, strategic planning, institutional research, or related higher education functions; demonstrated experience leading assessment, continuous improvement, accreditation, or organizational effectiveness initiatives; experience facilitating collaboration and working effectively with leaders, faculty, and staff across multiple organizational units; and the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences. Position Summary: Reporting to the Chief Foresight and Decision Support Officer (CFDSO) within the Center for Strategic Innovation and Foresight, the Director provides leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of systems and processes that facilitate and document evidence-informed decision-making, organizational learning, and continuous improvement.
