Coordinate faculty workload assignments, professional development activities, substitute coverage, and instructional staffing needs for programs serving approximately 3,000 students annually across multiple instructional sites and online delivery formats. Collaborate with internal departments, workforce agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to provide innovative programming, transition services, workforce pathway opportunities, and student support resources.
