Manages daily operational and administrative functions of the residency training program through collaboration with the Graduate Medical Education Administration, to include the management of training activities, evaluations, conferences and events, travel and outreach activities, graduation special events and marketing; direct recruitment efforts to include webpage information architecture, fielding candidate inquiries (July-June), Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) application system (September-March), develops and manages interview schedules, oversees database management and online listings. This position provides day-to-day management and direction of their residency training programs, educational and departmental activities to include administrative support of the Director of the Residency Program, faculty, chief residents and educational coordination between attending physicians, residents, medical students and institutional/regulatory administrative offices.
