The Hardware Engineering Technician will help build and test engineering prototypes, execute defined test procedures, document results clearly, troubleshoot failed products, perform repairs where appropriate, support RMA and field-failure investigations, assist with quality and reliability testing, and help document supplier quality audits and corrective actions. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with electronic assemblies, intercoms, access control devices, readers, controllers, wireless hardware, test fixtures, cables, power supplies, sensors, and production or prototype hardware.
