Establish guidelines for site-level preventative and predictive maintenance systems and ensure critical spares and maintenance tasks are identified and supported· Ensure maintenance activities are tracked and documented in the CMMS platform/database, including upgrades, repairs, and budgets; continuously monitor MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and deploy procedures and training to reduce repair times. Provide engineering expertise and management oversight for process equipment procurement and installation, including heat treatment furnaces, heavy industrial equipment, HVAC, building layout and construction, and utility connections, in conjunction with the Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
