YOU’LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience - OR - High School Diploma and 12 years of experience 3+ years of supervisory/management experience Facilities management and equipment maintenance experience in an Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Device, or similar heavily regulated manufacturing environment THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE: Experience with managing cleanrooms Expert knowledge of facilities systems and improvement projects Occupational health & safety skills to include risk assessment, policy, training, project management, hazardous substances, and safety in manufacturing engineering Knowledge and practical experience in emergency management and / or occupational health and workplace hygiene ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Work in environments with electrical hazards, chemical exposure, temperature variations, and noise Wear required PPE as assigned, which may include safety glasses, gloves, respirators, and/or other protective clothing for extended periods Move between buildings, labs, and work areas, as needed Lift, carry, push and pull materials and equipment up to 25 lbs.
