What this job involves: JLL is seeking an experienced Capital Planning Senior Manager to join the Amgen account team within JLL's Project & Development Services (PDS) organization, supporting the Project Management team responsible for capital planning and execution of small capital projects. Technical Scoping- Develop scope-of-work and budgets for infrastructure and lifecycle projects including, but not limited to: electrical (UPS, generators, switchgear), mechanical (air handlers, boilers, chillers), lab equipment, fire/life safety, and building envelope.
