Own the daily operation and readiness of all three Space Manufacturing lab spaces - the HQA space lab, the 3030 temporary cleanroom (under construction), and the new facility (under construction) - including gowning/anterooms, air showers, test bays, subassembly and assembly zones, and storage, so build and test run without lab-driven downtime. Serve as the lab's voice to corporate facilities and shared services: define what each space needs, and coordinate with facilities/maintenance and outside vendors on AHUs, environmental monitoring, compressed and specialty gases (including nitrogen purge), repairs, moves, and space changes to keep systems in spec and serviced.
