The Manager, MRO and Soft Services, role provides site oversight and subject matter expertise for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) inventory programs and Soft Services supporting Andover manufacturing, laboratory, utility, and infrastructure operations. Serve as Local Process Owner (LPO), as assigned, for MRO Inventory Management and Pest Control programs, including procedure governance, quality record support, audit readiness, and quality system activities such as Change Controls, CAPAs, Deviations, and risk assessments.
