Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Health Services Administrator (HSA) and Director of Nursing (DON), the Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care within the scope of the State Board of Nursing Practice.

p>Under the leadership of the Comprehensive Cancer Center director and the department manager/Assistant Director, the Radiation Oncology Clinic Nurse provides nursing assessment, intervention, medication administration, symptom management, education, and direct patient care through the nursing process to the radiation therapy population. The Radiation Oncology Nurse is directly responsible to the department manager/Assistant Director and the Chief Radiation Oncologist.
