Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - Experience with HFNC, BIPAP, stable glucose management - Post-operative care for CABG, AVR, MVR - Cardiovascular and vascular experience - Experience with AAA repair, lobectomy, CEA - Knowledge of NSTEMI, STEMI, acute coronary syndrome - Experience with pacemakers, sepsis, gastrointestinal bleeding - Management of post-DKA, respiratory failure, tracheostomy care Description: This position is for a registered nurse in a step-down unit. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
