Organization Overview: The Human Resources team at The Rockefeller University supports the University's academic and administrative communities through talent management, academic appointments, employee wellness and benefits, policy administration, employee relations, immigration, and other strategic HR initiatives. Serving as a primary resource for employees, the HR Associate collaborates with the Assistant Director of Benefits to provide clear, timely guidance on benefits, leaves of absence, retirement, and professional development opportunities, while maintaining accurate records and supporting effective program operations.
