The Insurance Program Manager serves as a key advisor to leadership, collaborating with internal stakeholders, brokers, insurers, legal counsel, finance teams, and operational departments to evaluate risk, procure appropriate insurance coverage, manage claims, and establish governance frameworks that support effective risk management practices. Bachelor’s degree with a technical emphasis in project management, accounting, finance, economics, business operations/industrial management, data analytics, or other related technical degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of progressive corporate experience.
