Under general direction, responsible for and performing a variety of complex and technical tasks related to learning technology applications administration, online student support, and user operational duties in support of academic application systems. Supports the operation, scheduling, coordination, and use of the TV Production and Podcast Studio for online learning, instructional media, faculty lecture recording, course media development, student media projects, and related academic activities.
