You will be responsible for the start-to-finish administration of major subcontracts to the company and managing high volume subcontracting activities that enable efficient operations and success of critical Warfare Systems Business Group programs. Prepares solicitation documents for complex procurements to include statements of work, terms and conditions, flow-down terms and conditions, bid or performance evaluation factors, and other measures incorporated into the Requests for Proposal as may be appropriate for procurement.
