This includes vehicle acquisition and lease versus buy strategy, preventive maintenance and driver scheduling, fuel efficiency and cost reduction, DOT and registration compliance, insurance and claims management, fleet safety, and reporting on fleet performance and budgets. The Fleet Manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and branch operations leadership to ensure the fleet supports business needs safely, efficiently, and cost effectively.
