EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Geospatial Science, Computer Science, Urban Planning, or a related field, with two (2) years of experience in GIS analysis, spatial data management, or a related field; or an Associate's degree in GIS, Geography, or a related field with five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in GIS operations, including spatial data development, mapping, analysis, and system support. Ability to create, edit, and maintain spatial datasets including parcels, utilities, infrastructure, zoning, and environmental data; ability to develop maps, dashboards, web applications, and visualizations to support municipal operations and decision-making; ability to perform spatial analysis and interpret geographic data; ability to publish and manage GIS services and web-based mapping applications.
