Assist with system administration of network, Web, and/or communication systems, including LAN and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems, involving network security; Assist with managing hardware and software, perform configuration management and troubleshooting on IT related equipment; Assist end-users with the operation and restoration of information systems; Perform daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be mainframe, mini, client/server, or cloud based and optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis, planning, and lifecycle management. Associates degree and 7 years of related experience OR; Associates degree and 5 years of related experience + IAT Level III certification OR; Bachelors degree and 5 years of related experience OR; Bachelors degree and 3 years of related experience + IAT Level III certification.
