This individual will serve as a senior product owner and relationship manager for affordable housing private equity strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders, fund managers, sponsors, legal counsel, risk partners, and other control functions to ensure disciplined execution, strong portfolio performance, and alignment with Morgan Stanley's community development, risk management, and business objectives. Lead sourcing and originations for new affordable housing private equity investment opportunities, including evaluation of fund managers, sponsors, markets, investment structures, projected returns, community development impact, and strategic fit.
