Digital Transformation Program - Financial Ownership - Serves as the financial control point and scorekeeper for EEE's Digital Transformation Program as it scales from pilots to a governed portfolio: administers the ring-fenced, self-replenishing innovation funding pool, scores each initiative on net value (business benefit minus IT cost) against total cost of ownership, feeds actuals into the quarterly portfolio review and Digital Program scorecard, and tracks reinvestment of realized savings back into the pool. Dashboards, Analytics & Financial Reporting - Builds and maintains executive dashboards and reports (SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, or comparable ITFM tools) covering the Run - Protect - Innovate spend mix, vendor spend, and Digital Program value, for the recurring IT leadership and quarterly Finance/business steering cadence; supports the future Finance seat on the IT Architecture Review Board with financial-impact analysis on significant technology decisions.
