Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite desktop and end-user support across multiple healthcare facilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues Support Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices Perform break/fix troubleshooting and incident resolution Complete Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) for workstations and equipment Deploy, install, configure, and replace desktop hardware Support operating system upgrades and desktop refresh initiatives Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and network-related issues Maintain hardware and software inventory records Document work performed and update ticketing systems Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to end users Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Minimum 2 years of desktop support or end-user computing experience Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments Strong troubleshooting experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts Experience supporting mobile devices Strong communication and customer service skills High School Diploma or GED Experience working in a hospital, healthcare, or patient-facing environment ServiceNow or enterprise ticketing system experience Operating system deployment and upgrade experience Technical consulting experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Microsoft certifications and/or CompTIA A+ · Four or more years of desktop support experience Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
