In addition to system administration responsibilities, the analyst will handle access management tasks by processing user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes through ticketing systems, ensuring all access is properly approved, documented, and compliant with internal controls. This position plays a critical role in ensuring systems are reliable, well-maintained, and aligned with SOX and ITGC controls, with a strong emphasis on day-to-day application ownership, user support, and configuration management across platforms such as Oracle EPM, Concur, and Stripe.
