This position provides leadership, vision, operational oversight, and management of Outreach & Recruitment, Enrollment Services (admissions, orientation, and registrar), Financial Aid, Advising & Running Start, Career Center, student accessibility and testing, three Welcome Desk hubs, High School Completion programs, Community Employment Program, and a variety of community engagement partner programs. Establish enrollment goals and success metrics that include measurable targets for reducing equity gaps among Black, Indigenous, Latinx/e, Pacific Islander, immigrant, refugee, low-income, LGBTQIA+, first generation, multilingual, foster youth, justice-impacted, and students with disabilities and all student populations that are represented in our Strategic Plan.
