Essential Functions:Support technology solutions within water, power, wastewater, sewer, or other utility environments;Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, priorities and procedures for the assigned programs, projects, or products;Ensure that activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner consistent with defined policies and regulations;Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with business partners, technical professionals, vendors, project teams, and stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive management, and represent department at various meetings;Function as liaison to other units or departments for product, user, and technology needs; coordinate sharing of common systems and data;Develop and present product or service strategic plans;Develop, enhance and maintain digital products and services;Review and provide direction for system production activities, product performance, service delivery, and user satisfaction metrics;Coordinate end to end installation and implementation of technology components and integrations required to deliver products and services with vendors, administrators, users, programmers, analysts, etc. Monitor, analyze and resolve user and operational issues;Coordinate consultants and vendors in supporting design, research, development, or implementation of digital products and services;May prepare specifications and purchase orders; manage vendor accounts; recommend consulting services as needed: establish maintenance contracts for equipment;Evaluate and recommend department digital product and service purchases.
