Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP across core modules (Financials, Sales, Payroll, Inventory, Purchasing) Write and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data processes Develop and support reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SmartList Builder Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures Assist with ERP transition planning, including system evaluation and data preparation Support integrations with third-party applications and tools Provide help desk support for internal users across multiple locations Assist with general IT functions, including user access, troubleshooting, and system support. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics GP strongly preferred) Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience, including T-SQL (queries, views, stored procedures) Experience troubleshooting systems and data-related issues Ability to support end users in both technical and non-technical environments Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude) to improve personal productivity, accelerate development, and solve technical problems.
