The Director of Facilities will partner closely with Operations, Construction, Real Estate, Finance, Procurement, and Asset Management teams to develop long-term facility strategies that enhance the customer experience, maximize asset performance, and protect the organization's physical investments. This leader will oversee facility operations, capital improvement projects, preventative maintenance programs, vendor management, and repair services to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations across all locations.
