The Citys Public Service Manager performs managerial, technical, and administrative work overseeing the Public Service Division which includes the operations, maintenance, and programs related to right-of-way management, solid waste management (such as Large Item Collection, Street Sweeping, Leaf and Curbside Collection), streets, sidewalks, traffic infrastructure, and emergency and seasonal operation response. Bachelor's degree in public administration, engineering, construction management or related field AND 5 years of professional experience in public service management (specifically infrastructure management, right-of-way public services and emergency response operations, budget management, and human resource management); including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
