Works closely with Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, Contract Services, Supply Chain Data Management, Finance, Information Technology, clinical and procedural departments, Infection Prevention, Pharmacy, Clinical Engineering, vendors, distributors, and other stakeholders involved in inventory performance, data, controls, systems, and service levels. Approves, rejects, or escalates inventory adjustments based on value and risk thresholds; recommends or authorizes PAR, reorder-point, and safety-stock changes; and escalates clinical product decisions, major financial adjustments, policy exceptions, regulatory matters, or items outside delegated authority.
