LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT: •Establish a culture of excellence and quality output •Lead by example and foster an environment of subject matter expertise, collaboration and teamwork •Embrace MU entrepreneurial vision and commitment to a positive work environment •Mentor colleagues and act as a leader within the organization ACCOUNTABILITIES + REQUIREMENTS: •Lead Onsite Retailer Activations inclusive of Sponsored Search, Display, and Video •Develop tracking/tagging strategies for retailers (e.g., for onsite campaigns using Google Ad Manager) •Manage the development, trafficking, and optimizations of advertising campaigns •Lead campaign troubleshooting and issue resolution with client teams, creative agencies, and clients as required •Manage client activations, inclusive of onsite strategy development, QA, campaign creation and management, optimization, report delivery, and client communication •Oversee the day-to-day workload, training and career development of 5 -6 direct reports SKILLSETS REQUIRED: •6+ years in a hands-on role in managing AdTech platforms •Proficient in Onsite Sponsored Search management and strategy •Advanced experience with ad trafficking, digital marketing, campaign management •Advanced experience with AdTech implementation (CM360, GAM etc.) •Advanced in SQL; Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, and Python experience is a plus •Advanced knowledge of display, video, social, DSP and DMP tech needs with media providers such as DV360, TTD, Meta, LiveRamp, and CM360.
