You will partner closely with policy subject-matter experts, product teams, enforcement and operations partners, legal, public policy, data science, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure policy decisions are clear, consistent, implementable, and aligned with broader platform safety goals. This role is ideal for someone who combines principled thought, strong policy judgment, excellent writing, structured problem-solving, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving, cross-functional issues.
