ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to execute recruiting strategies and hiring plans
· Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer coordination
· Create and maintain job descriptions, interview guides, and recruiting documentation
· Utilize sourcing tools, job boards, social media platforms, and networking strategies to identify qualified candidates
· Maintain accurate candidate records, communication, and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system
· Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, and hiring trends
· Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, including job fairs, campus events, career days, and onsite hiring events
· Ensure candidates receive timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment process
· Partner with HR and leadership to ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and company policies
· Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and prior applicants for future hiring needs
· Support continuous improvement efforts related to recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency
· Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed
· Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to support workforce growth initiatives

The HR Recruiter is responsible for supporting and executing full-cycle recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried positions across the organization, including campus recruiting, skilled trades, manufacturing, engineering, and professional roles.
