Conduct & document routine plant safety inspections of production areas, yard operations, maintenance shops, and mobile equipment to identify unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, and regulatory compliance gaps. Assist in the investigation of workplace incidents, near misses, property damage, and injuries to help gather facts, conduct interviews, and document findings for root cause determination and preventive actions.
