Serve as a voting/engineering member of the Material Review Board (MRB), leading root cause investigations and dispositioning nonconforming material (use-as-is, rework, repair, scrap) in accordance with AS9100/ISO 9001 and customer/program requirements. Develop, qualify, and sustain manufacturing processes for low observable treatments, including surface preparation, RAM/RAS application, specialty coatings (e.g., primers, conductive/non-conductive topcoats), and bonded composite structures.
