Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing performance, and support the production of custom forged products used in some of the world's most demanding applications. The actual base pay offered to a candidate will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
