This role will establish reliability requirements and targets, translate customer and operational expectations into measurable reliability plans, and partner closely with electrical, mechanical, firmware, systems, manufacturing, quality, service, and supplier teams to ensure products achieve targeted availability, performance, and service-life objectives. The Manufacturing Reliability Engineer- Power Conversion will develop and execute the reliability strategy for utility-scale inverter systems throughout the product lifecycle—from concept and design through qualification, production, field deployment, and ongoing product improvement.
