Working closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will support the achievement of departmental operational, financial, and culinary objectives while ensuring exceptional food quality, production efficiency, food safety compliance, labor productivity, inventory management, and team development. This position plays a key leadership role in high-volume food production supporting restaurants, banquets, employee dining, specialty outlets, and internal customers throughout Aria Resort & Casino.
