Reporting to the Production Control Director, this role ensures consistent execution of production control processes, timely resolution of order and system issues, accurate operational reporting, and continuous improvement across manufacturing workflows. The team partners with Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics Operations, Customer Experience, CAD/CAM, and IT to support customer shipment commitments, resolve production issues, and improve operational workflows.
