Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience or exposure to industrial property type analysis highly valued • Background in acquisitions, development, asset management, or brokerage • Industry certifications (CCIM, SIOR) beneficial but not required • Experience with development models and waterfall/JV promote structures • Experience with property research platforms and market analysis tools • Strong cultural alignment with team values and work ethic.
