For more information, please view the classification specification: Real Property Agent II Requirements Requirements to QualifyApplicants must meet one of the following OPTIONS:OPTION 1: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelors Degree including real estate courses* totaling 15 semester or 23 quarter units -AND- three (3) years of experience in appraising, acquiring, selling, leasing, or managing real property at the level of Real Property Agent l; two (2) years of which must have involved commercial or industrial property -or- three (3) years in facilities project design, development or space management at the level of Real Property Agent I.Note: One (1) additional year of required experience involving commercial or industrial property may be substituted for each year of required college, provided that 15 semester or 23 quarter units of real estate courses have been completed.
