Review includes, but is not limited to, property cash flow, borrower/guarantor, understanding the physical and market condition of for-sale residential, multifamily and commercial real estate properties, third party reports, evaluating strengths, risks and appropriate mitigation for risks, as well as evaluating initial risk rating consistent with the bank's guidelines and recognizing exceptions to policy and guidelines within the Credit Request presentation.
