We’re seeking a responsible Team Leader who has experience with online sales, auctions, Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor and other online selling platforms. What You’ll DoSort & Organize Homes – Go through all areas of a client’s property to carefully sort belongings into categories: items to sell, donate, dispose of, or move to the family’s new home.

We’re seeking a responsible Team Leader who has experience with online sales, auctions, Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor and other online selling platforms.  Experience securely packing items and sorting will be the primary focus of this future team leader.You’ll also research, photograph, and describe treasured items—antiques, fine art, collectibles, and vintage décor—to bring them to life on CTBIDS.com, our online auction platform. Beyond the sales process, you’ll play a key role in cleaning out homes, organizing and sorting belongings, and preparing spaces for their next chapter.Every project is unique and will help honor a lifetime of memories while making the transition easier for those we serve.  It's a job where you get a warm hug because of the service you provided to someone that needed you. What You’ll Do<ul><li>Sort & Organize Homes – Go through all areas of a client’s property to carefully sort belongings into categories: items to sell, donate, dispose of, or move to the family’s new home.</li><li>Capture the Details – Photograph items in ways that showcase their uniqueness and appeal to buyers on CTBids.com.</li><li>Research Treasures – Explore the history and value of antiques, collectibles, and everyday household items.</li><li>Estate Sales Crew Member - Serve as a sales staff and/or cashier during in-person estate sales as needed.</li><li>Support Seniors On-Site – Work in homes across the Delray Beach area to identify and prepare items for sale.</li><li>Assist with Packing & Resettling – Help seniors pack belongings, prepare for moves, and unpack/resettle into new homes. This includes organizing living spaces, maintaining routines, and creating a welcoming environment. Please note: our team does not perform the actual moving or heavy lifting.</li><li>Collaborate as a Team – Partner with colleagues who share your dedication to compassion, professionalism, and teamwork.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned as needed</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>A caring attitude and a genuine desire to make life easier for seniors and their families.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a professional, positive demeanor.</li><li>Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.</li><li>Reliability, integrity, creativity, and attention to detail.</li><li>Able to work with a sense of urgency in order to get projects completed in a timely manner.</li><li>Comfort working in fast-paced, and sometimes dirty, cluttered environments.</li><li>Willing to work in outdoor areas such as sheds, garages, attics, porches, etc. </li><li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Smartphone access and proficiency - quickly and efficiently photograph items and upload photographs to our auction app. </li><li>Experience or working knowledge in researching and determining market values for items across a variety of categories is preferred. </li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license - we serve the Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Lantana Beach and surrounding areas. </li><li>Must pass a background check.</li></ul> The Team Leader position is part-time on an as needed basis with no guaranteed hours. This is a perfect fit for any individual who would like to make extra income, but does not require a consistent work schedule. • Job Type: Part-time, as needed • Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour • License: Driver’s License (Required) Means of reliable transportation • Work authorization: United States (Required) • Overtime often available: No Work Location: • Delray Beach & Boynton Beach Areas Benefits: • Flexible schedule Working days: • Monday • Tuesday • Wednesday • Thursday • Friday • Saturday and/or Sundays (as needed) Typical start time: • 9 AM Typical end time: • This can range from 3 PM - 6:30 PM, depending on the projectPowered by JazzHR
