As a member of the Oncology Medical Affairs Leadership Team (OMALT), this leader serves as a trusted operational partner to the Chief Oncology Medical Officer and works across Medical Affairs, Oncology, Research, Development, Commercial, People Experience, Finance, Communications, and other enabling functions to translate priorities into coordinated execution. The role combines strong business acumen, disciplined operational leadership, and an understanding of the scientific and healthcare environment to strengthen leadership team effectiveness, remove barriers, manage dependencies, and enable measurable impact for patients and the oncology community.
