Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage full travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions
Communicate with clients to understand preferences, goals, and budgets
Research and recommend destinations, resorts, and experiences tailored to client needs
Book and confirm travel reservations using online tools and booking platforms
Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests with a proactive and solution-focused approach
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client bookings and communications
Stay informed on destination trends, travel policies, and partner promotions
Deliver high-quality service and ensure a positive travel planning experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable using digital tools, booking platforms, and communication systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Must be 18 years or older with access to a reliable internet connection and personal computer
