The Director oversees campus-wide custodial operations through subordinate supervisors and managers, establishes departmental priorities, recommends resource allocation strategies, and serves as a key advisor to Facilities Services leadership regarding service delivery, workforce effectiveness, operational efficiencies, and long-term custodial planning. This position is responsible for developing and implementing custodial service strategies, workforce plans, performance metrics, quality assurance programs, and resource management practices that support the University's mission, customer service objectives, and facility stewardship goals.
