Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government human services location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, entrances, exterior spaces, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
